She commits her time to making sure she knows what the client needs and works to assist them effectively and efficiently.
Mary Beth Welch Collins

Mary Beth has an array of experience from clerking for a federal judge in Houston, Texas to working as Assistant State’s Attorney in Marion and Clay County prosecuting and trying a full range of cases. Mary Beth spent several years in private practice working in areas such as civil litigation and personal injury, family and criminal defense. As well as litigation, Mary Beth also is a divorce mediator.
Now in her own practice, Mary Beth will use her education and experience to fight for you.
Meet Our Staff
Chris Thompson – Legal Secretary
Chris joined the Law Office of Mary Beth Welch Collins in May 2014. Her previous experience in working with the public in government and administrative positions makes her an asset to the firm in a variety of ways. Chris has been married for 27 years to her husband, Bill, has two adult children, and is the proud grandmother of a granddaughter. Her spare time is spent with church involvement and her family.
Della Welch – Office Manager
Before joining her daughter's law office as the Office Manager in 2010, Della served as the Customer Service Manager for North American Lighting, Inc. for sixteen years. Della is also a member of the Professional Association of Healthcare Office Managers, after having worked in the healthcare industry for 13 years. She is a member of the Flora Tourism Committee.
